3. Usage & Safety
- How much should I take? Dosage is personal. We recommend “starting low and going slow”—begin with a small dose and gradually increase until you reach your desired effect.
- Will I fail a drug test? Products made with isolated CBD extract are labeled “THC Free” and contain no THC. While our “full spectrum” products contain very low levels of THC, we cannot guarantee a negative result. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend consulting with your employer or healthcare provider.
- Does CBD interact with medication? CBD can interact with certain medications. We always recommend speaking with your doctor before starting any new supplement routine.

2. Shipping & Delivery
- When will my order ship? We are a working farm, and we hand-pack every order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
- How long does shipping take? Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- Do you ship to all 50 states? Yes, we ship our hemp-derived CBD products to all 50 U.S. states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
3. Tracking & Issues
- My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day early. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- What if my order arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. Please take a photo of the damaged items and the box and email us at sales@foxwellfarms.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.
